Let h be height of the tower then 2h be length of shadow of the tower and θ be angle of elevation of sun.

tanθ = h/l

tanθ = h/2h

tanθ = 1/2

θ = arctan(1/2)

θ = 26.56°

Hence, angle of elevation of tower is 26.56°.
