For a triangle to be a right angled triangle, the square of its longest side must be equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides.

This is in accordance with Pythagoras'
theorem.

In your question, longest side = 62 cm
So, (62)^2 = (15)^2 + (30)^2

L. H. S. = (62)^2 = 3844
R. H. S. = 225 + 900 = 1125
As we can see, LHS is not equal to RHS. Hence the Pythagoras' theorem is not obeyed.

Thus, the given triangle is not a right angled triangle.
