we see that the tangent and the radius can be drawn into a right triangle
Using pythaguras theorem
AC^2=AB^2 + BC^2
AB^2=64-36
AB=root 28 {LCM of 28=2x2x7 =2^2x7,so 2^2 get cancel with root and leave 7 as root 7}
AB=2root7
