Step-by-step explanation:

According to Pythagorean Triplet ,

For any 3 Natural Numbers

 {m}^{2}  +  {n}^{2}  =  {p}^{2}

i ) 11 cm , 60 cm, 61 cm

= 11^2 + 60^2 = 61^2

121 + 3600 = 3721

So, ( 11, 60, 61 ) is a Pythagorean Triplet ie. it can form a Right Triangle.

ii ) 2.1 cm , 2.8 cm , 3.5 cm

= 2.1^2 + 2.8^2 = 3.5^2

4.41 + 7.84 = 12.25

So, ( 2.1, 2.8, 3.5 ) is a Pythagorean Triplet ie. it can form a Right Triangle.
