length of first side perpendicular ,p is 6cm
length of second side base ,b is 8 cm
so,
by Pythagoras therom ,
h^2=8^2+6^2
h^2=64+36
h^2=100
h^2=10^2
h = 10
hence the hypotenuse of the right angled triangle ,h is 10 cm
