we have given that,

length of rectangle,l = 28 cm

breadth of rectangle,b = 18 cm

a square of 1.5 cm is cut from all corners.

so the height of cuboid formed,h = 1.5 cm

new length,l = 28 -1.5 -1.5 = 25 cm

new breadth, b = 18 - 1.5 -1.5 = 15 cm

volume of cuboid = l×b×h

= 25 × 15 × 1.5

= 562.5 cm^3
