The sides are each 10 cm and the perimeter is 40 cm.
Solution :

Let AC=12cmAC=12cm

BD=16cmBD=16cm

BO=12BO=12BDBD

=8cm=8cm

AD=12AD=12AC=6cmAC=6cm

Now in Right ΔAOBΔAOB

AB2=AO2+OB2AB2=AO2+OB2

=62+82=62+82

=36+64=36+64

=100=100

=102=102

AB=10cmAB=10cm

The length of each of its sides =10cm=10cm
