•Area = 1/2 (sum of parallel side) × height
Substitute the value we get

⟹ Area = 1/2(90) × 25
⟹ Area = 1/2×90×25
⟹ Area = 45 × 25
⟹ Area = 1125m²
Hence, the area of land is 1125m².
