Let the width be x and lenght be (x+1)m
Now,
Perimeter of rectangle =2(lenght+width)
10=2(x+x+1)
10/2 =x+x+1
5=2x+1
5-1 =2x
4=2x
4/2 =x
2 =x
Now,
Breadth =x=2m
Lenght =x+1=2+1=3m
I hope this will help you

Hey!
let the width of the rectangular office room = x m
so the length becomes= x+1 m
given perimeter= 10 m
A.T.Q
2(l+b) = 10
2(x+1+x)=10
2x+1=10/2
2x+1=5
2x=4
thn x = 2
so the value of x is 2
therefore the width of rectangular office room is 2 m
nd the length is 3 m
this is ur answer...
take care :-)
