In the letter by Gauri Shankar Govardhandas is a story about an old man whose name is Ali. Ali has been in wait of the letter by her daughter. Since he visited regularly early morning to the post office, the staff made his fun and laughed at him. The postmaster got angry at Ali for asking about the letter again and again. Ali left the post office by giving the coins to the clerk. He asked him to deliver the letter when his daughter's letter arrives. Thereof, Ali was never seen afterward. After the three months of Ali's death, the postmaster receives the news of his daughter being unwell. The postmaster waited anxiously for the letter from his daughter. However, in that period, the postmaster was able to realize the pain and suffering of Ali. While he opened the gate of post office he again heard the knocking sound and saw Ali with a stick and tear in his eyes. He felt the pain of Ali and realized his mistake.

Therefore, when the same course of action falls upon the postmaster, the lesson teaches us that "As you sow so you reap."
