2x+3y+1-9=0,
2x+3y-8=0,
here
a1=2, b1=3, c1=-6,
a2=2, b2=3, c2=-8,
hence
a1/a2 =2/2 = 1/1,
b1/b2 = 3/3 = 1/1,
c1/c2 = -6/-8 = 3/4,
since
a1/a2 = b1/b2 not equal to c1/c2,
therefore it represent a pair of parallel lines....
