here we see (4,4) is divided (p,2) and (5,8) 1:2 ratio
now use section formula
4=(1x5+2xp)/(1+2)
12=5+2p
p =7/2
in the same way (9/2, q) divided (4,4) and (5,8) 1:1 ratio
so
q=(4+8)/2=6
p=7/2 and q=6
