Let the initial momentum be M1

M2=10/100*M1+M1

=M1/10+M1

=11M1/10

Assuming that the mass remains unchanged,

Let Kinetic energy initially be KE1

KE1=M1^2/2m

where m=mass

KE2=M2^2/2m

Now KE2=(11M1/10)^2/2m

=121M1^2/200M

Percentage of change=change/original*100

Change=121M1^2/200m-M1^2/2m

=121M1^2-100M1^2/200m

=21M1^2/200m

Percentage=21M1^2/200m/M1^2/2m*100

=42/2%=21%

Hope it helps you mate!
