Hi ,
p( x ) = 7x - 3
To find zero of polynomial we have to
take p( x ) = 0
p( x ) = 0
7x - 3 = 0
7x = 3
x = 3/7
option ( b ) is correct.
I hope this helps you.

P(x) = 7x -3
= 7 (x-3/7)
Now
P(3/7) = 7( 3/7 - 3/7)
=7 (0)
= 0
Hence 3/7 is a zero of P(x)
I hope this answer helps you
