each aminoacid has two sides .. a side which contains COOH and the other one contains NH3 .. different sides of different aminoacids approach each others ..H2O is removed ( oh from cooh and h from nh3 ) then the C binds with the N ... this is called peptide bond and the repetition of this process forms peptide
