The members of the board want to make sure that the new person they hire to take his place will keep the company growing at a good rate and be able to hold on to the crucial employees who have worked under him. Describe what kind of person the board would want to consider for this position. What qualities would be beneficial to the new CEO and how would these qualities help the company?

The board want to consider a well mannered and well educated man/woman . The CEO should have the qualities of understanding every problems and situation of his/her employees . He should have a patient mind and have the courage of solving every problem that arrise in the company . The employees should be statisfied by his/her work . He should talk and behave nicely with everyone . This is what the qualities that should be in the CEO .
