Not hundred % because there are many people who are good and donate money for some good works like in any orphanage, and other public prosper organizations. Ya it is also true that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil as some people start doing wrong things like smuggling and some other wrong things. So I conclude that the money is the root of all kinds of evil.
