If the given spherical mirror has the magnification + 2 then we can understand that the the image formed is virtual and erect and also the magnification is 2 which is greater than 1 so the size of the image is more than that of the size of the object that is the image is magnified. any mirror having a virtual erect and magnified image is a concave mirror.

case2:

if the given spherical mirror has the magnification -2 then we can understand that the image formed is real and inverted as we magnification number is greater than 1 we understand that the size of the image is more than that of object A real inverted and magnified image is formed if it is a concave mirror
