Magnification of other than + 1 can be produced either by Concave or Convex mirror.

  • Concave mirror can produce magnification of ± ve.
  • Convex mirror can produce magnification of + ve only.

Reason – Concave mirror can produce real as well as virtual image, but convex mirror produces only virtual image.

  • Real image have - ve magnification.
  • Virtual image has + ve magnification.

Coming on to the question, properties of image are,

  1. It's real image
  2. It's enlarged image.
  3. Is produced by concave mirror
