(i) The mirror is a concave mirror because only concave mirror can have magnification negative.

(ii)The height of image is 3 times as large as the height of object.

(iii)The object is placed somewhere between the Principal Focus and Centre of Curvature. 

(iv)The image is real, inverted, enlarged and located on the same side of mirror as object beyond the centre of curvature.
