The major problem associated with nuclear energy is to (c) dispose off the spent fuel safely.

Nuclear fuel is mainly used in the nuclear power plants to produce the nuclear power plants. Nuclear fuel is the radioactive elements which are very useful and rare as well.

They provide a large amount of energy compare to other fuels like coal or petroleum. As it is radioactive in nature, so it will definitely harmful for our environment and we just cannot dump all the radioactive waste materials in landfills.
