Add the Assitance box to the layout of the organizational chart, a bullet with a text pane attached to the text box. There are other hierarchical charts too for making the organizational chart but the assistant box is just available with organizational chart layout which will help her in creating the chart easily.
To make the chart look more colorful the effects can also be added with the help of assistant box.
