ANSWER __ by satyareddy22(84) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Each book costs before discount = $10

Total cost of 100 books = 100 * 10 = $1000

A school is given a 65% discount for buying textbooks in bulk.

100-65=35%,the amount which has to be paid for 100 books.

1000 * 35% = $350

Answer:

$3740

Step-by-step explanation:

$20 x 200 = $4000

6.5 : 100 = 0.065

$4000 : 0.065 = 260

$4000 - 260 = $3740

Hope this helps! <3
