SP of the Article = MP - 5/100 of MP
                           = 500 - 5/100 * 500
                           = 500 - 25
                           = Rs 475

But Still makes a Profit of Rs 25
So,
Cost price for shopkeeper = 475 - 25
                                              = Rs 450
