Hii There!!!
Given, mass = 13.5 kg
Volume = 15×10^-3 m^3
Since, we know that Density = mass / volume
=> 13.5 kg / 15 × 10^-3
= 900 kg/m^3
Density of water is 1000 kg/m³.
As , its density is lower than the density of water, it will float in water.

Hope it helps

Given
m = 13.5 kg,
V = 1.5 x 10^-3 m^3
Therefore,
Density = Mass/ Volume
= 13.5/15 x 10^-3 = 900 kg m^-3
As it is less than 1000 kg m^-3 the block will float.
