volume= 2000 cm3
or 2000 x 10⁻⁶ m₃ or 2 x 10⁻³ m₃

density= 70 kg / 2 x 10 ⁻³
= 5 x 10 ³

relative denisty= denisty of substance/ water density
= 35 x 10³ / 10³
=35

\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Given:
Mass = 70 kg
Weight of water displaced = 2000{cm}^{3}

Weight = 2000{cm}^{3}

=》 2×{10}^{-3} {cm}^{3}

Density of the substance = \frac{70}{2 \times {10}^{-3}}\\

=》 35 \times{10}^{3}

Relative Density = \frac{Density\:of\:substance}{Density\:of\:water}\\

=》 \frac{35 \times{10}^{3}}{{10}^{3}}\\

=》 \textbf{35}

Hope it Helps!! :)
