Weight on earth= mg
g of earth= 10

Thus W on earth= 50N

Weight on moon = mg'
g' of moon= 1/6x10
W on moon= 5x10/6
= 50/6
= 8.33 N

Arin2512: hey friend why have u took g of earth *g of moon[10]?
tony19: g means the acceleration due to gravity.
Arin2512: u r answer is wrong!!

dear student weight on the earth would be m*g=5*9.8
that is 49N
and on the moon would be 5*1/6=5/6=0.833 N[because the weight on moon is 1/6 of that on earth]

hope this thing helps to u and don't forget to mark me the brainliest
