adjacent angles of parallelogram = 180

let each angle be 'x'

3x + 2x = 180

5x = 180

x= 180/5

x=36

first angle= 36*3=108

second angle= 36*2= 72

AnSwEr

{\tt{\red{\underline{\large{Given}}}}}

  • Measure of two adjacent angle of //gm are in ratio 3:2

{\sf{\green{\underline{\large{To\:find}}}}}

  • Measure of each angle of //gm

{\sf{\pink{\underline{\Large{Explanation}}}}}

Diagram

\setlength{\unitlength}{1.5cm}\begin{picture}(8,2)\thicklines\put(8.6,3){\large{P}}\put(7.7,0.9){\large{Q}}\put(9.5,0.7){\sf{\large{Base}}}\put(11.1,0.9){\large{R}}\put(8,1){\line(1,0){3}}\put(11,1){\line(1,2){1}}\put(9,3){\line(3,0){3}}\put(7.7,2){\large{$\sf\:side$}}\put(8,1){\line(1,2){1}}\put(12.1,3){\large{S}}\put(8,1){\line(2,1){4}}\put(11,1){\line(-1,1){2}}\end{picture}

Property of //gm

  • Opposite angle of //gm is equal
  • Diagonals are equal to each other

Let the given adjacent angle ratio be X

Than ratios will be 3x and 2x

we know that some of angle of //gm is 360°

=>3x+2x+3x+2x=360°

=>10x=360°

=>X=360/10

=>X=36

Hence side of //gm is (36×2)=72 and 3x=(3×36)=108
