we know that the base of triangle in semicircle is diameter of
so base = 10+10 = 20 cm 
radius of semicircle is height of triangle inscribed.

ar of triangle= 1/2 x b x h
        
                   = 1/2 x 20 x 10
                 
                          = 100 cm sq.
