To Find,

RMS value of sine wave.

Solution,

Maximum value of sine wave of AC voltage is 10V.
To calculate RMS value we have to divide the maximum value with √2.

So RMS value will be=Vmax/√2

                                   =10/√2
                                   =10/1.414
                                    =7.070V

Hence, the RMS value will be 7.070V.
