here is your answer !!!

the mean of 10 numbers is 55

55 = sum of observation / total number of observation


55 = sum of observation / 10


=> sum of observation = 550



one number is excluded

let the exclude mean be x


=>


mean of 10 number - mean of X / 9 = 50


=> 550 - x = 450


X = 100 .


hence the excluded mean = 100 .
