Mean marks of boys = 70 consider it as y
Now there is a formulae if avg of 2 quantities m and n is x and y respectively then (mx+ny)÷(m+n) for total mean
Then (30×60+20×70)÷30+20
=(1800+1400)÷50
=3200÷50
=64
