mean of 6 number is 8

then sum of 6 number is 8 × 6 = 48

mean of 7 number is 10

sum of 7 number = 70

sum of 6 number + 7th number = 70

48 + 7th number = 70

7th number = 70 - 48 = 22

hope it helps.

to solve this..

the mean of 6 numbers is 8

the sum of 6 numbers is 6×8=48

and the mean of 7 numbers be 10

so the sum of 7 numbers be 7×10=70

48 + 7th number =70

so 70-48 = 7th number

22 is the 7th number

I hope it helps you
