but instead of 23 and 11, 32 and 12 is taken so,

$sum \: of \: nos = 200 - 32 - 12 + 23 + 11 \\ = 200 - 44 + 34 \\ = 200 - 10 = 190$

Now mean =

$\frac{190}{5} = 38$
