Firstly it should be 2 and not 9
Now the solution
Mean=Total marks/no of students
63=Total marks/15
Total marks = 63*15
Total marks=945
Now add the 5 marks which weren't counted and subtract the 3 marks which weren't counted
so Total marks =945+5-3
=947
Mean =Total marks/15
=947/15
=63.1333
