given, equation of lines are :
x = k + 1 , y = 2k - 1 , z = 2k + 3
it can be written as (x - 1)/1 = (y + 1)/2 = (z - 3)/2
and (x - 1)/2 , (y + 1)/1 = (z - 1)/-2

here, a_1=1,b_1=2,c=2
and a_2=2,b_2=1,c_2=-2

use formula of angle between two lines ,
e.g., \theta=cos^{-1}\frac{a_1a_2+b_1b_2+c_1c_2}{\sqrt{a_1^2+b_1^2+c_1^2}\sqrt{a_2^2+b_2^2+c_2^2}}

\theta=cos^{-1}\frac{1\times2+2\times1+2\times-2}{\sqrt{1^2+2^2+2^2}\sqrt{2^2+1^2+(-2)^2}}

\theta=cos^{-1}\frac{2+2-4}{\sqrt{9}\sqrt{9}}

\theta=cos^{-1}0

\theta=\frac{\pi}{2}

hence, option (d) is correct.
