The measures of two supplementary angles are in the ratio 4 : 11. What is the measure of the larger angle?

so 11/15 * 180 = 1980/15 = 132 degrees. The smaller angle must be 180-132 = 48 degrees. Notice 48:132 = 4:11

therefore, in 4:11

11>4

so, 4x+11x=180

15x=180

x=180/15

x=12

therefore both the angles are

4*12=48 degree

11*12=132 degree

the answer of larger angle is 132 degree
