its physical state at normal room temperature i.e-is 25 degree celcius is liquid state... if its boiling point is below the room temperature then its physical state is gas...

Melting point is the temperature for any substances at which the solid state of that substance changes to the liquid state of it. Let us considered the room temperature as 25 degree C.
Hence for any substances if the melting point is below the room temperature, it will exist in the liquid state as it already melts below room temperature and remains in the liquid state at 25 degree C.
