The development of a country depends on the quantity and quality of resources available. But it is essential to use these resources properly. India is rich in resources and so also is USA but USA is much more economically developed. This is because the people are using the resources in a much more drastic way than India and also they are able to get the best resources of the world for them. The rapid use of resources will cause a lot of problems in the future but untill then they would continue being economically developed
