We have , Total time = 20s then time taken to reach the max height = 20/2 viz. = 10s

Now , using the formula : a = v - u / t

so , - 10 = 0 - u / 10 (a = -g= -10)

so, u = 100m/s

Total distance we can calculate by using formula

v^2 - u^2 = 2as : 0 - 10000 = -20s : s= 500m

Therefore , v= 100m/s & s = 500m
