For x co-ordinate of F,

\frac{x + 2}{2} = - 6

x + 2 = - 12

x = - 14

For y co-ordinate of F,

\frac{y + ( - 4)}{2} = - 2

y - 4 = - 4

y = 0

Answer:
F(-14,0)
