If 275 units of electricity are consumed in a household in one month how much charge should be paid by the household if the payment is made within 7 days of meter reading?

Answer:

Consumed unit  = (1250 - 1050) units = Rs. 7.30

Minimum charge up to 20 units = Rs. 80

Additional unit = (200 - 20) = 180 units

Charged of additional units = 180 * Rs. 7.30 = Rs. 1314

∴Total charge = Rs. 80 + Rs. 1314 = Rs. 1394 ans.

I think this might be your answer, As per my Calculation.
