Here clearly the coefficient of x is greater than zero. So, there exists a min value for the equation.

we know that for the equation of the form ax²+bx+c, the minimum value is b²-4ac/2a and it occurs at x=-b/2a.

By applying the same for the above question we get , a=3

b=-5

c=3

the minimum value is

(-5)²-4(3)(2)/2(3)

25-24/6

=1/6.

So the correct option is (b)
