To find :  Minimum Value

Solution:

| x² - 5x  + 21 |

= |  (x  - 5/2)² - (5/2)²  + 21 |

= | (x  - 5/2)² - 25/4  + 21 |

=  | (x  - 5/2)²  + 59/4 |

(x  - 5/2)²   minimum value is 0  

Hence 0 + 59/4

= 59/4  is  the minimum value of | x² - 5x  + 21 |
