Answer:since, initial position of minute hand of clock is at 12 and then came to 6.

So, the displacement will be twice of minute hand: 2×7cm = 14cm

Distance covered by the tip of the minute hand will equal to the half of circumference of circle:

Distance = (2×pie×radius)/2

=pie × 7cm

= 22/7 ×7cm

= 22cm
