The molality of a sulphuric acid solution is 0.6mol/kg. The total weight of the solution which contains 1kg solvent

Given,

Molality of solution:- 0.6 mol/kg

Weight of solvent = 1kg

We know that ,

Molality of solution=weight of solute/weight of solvent(in kg)

Weight of solute = molality * weight of solvent

Weight of solute = 0.6*1

                                 =0.6kg

Weight 0f solution = Weight of solute+ weight of solvent                                    

                                    = 0.6 + 0.6

                                      =1.2 kg
