This actually means that 20 grams of h2o2 are present in 100 grams of solution.
Thus it means that 80 grams of h2o are present.
Number of moles of h2o are thus 80/18 I.e., 4.444
Number of moles of h2o2 are 20/34 I.e., 0.588
Thus mole fraction of water is 4.44/(4.44+0.588)=0.88
