The molecular mass of Ozone is 48. Its atomicity is 3. Calculate and find the atomic mass of oxygen.

Atomic Mass = Molecular mass/ Atomicity
= 48/3 = 16

Let the Atomic Mass of Oxygen = x

48 = ( 3 × x )

48 = 3x

x = 48 ÷ 3
