Each molecule have 4 pairs electrons so, the main shape is tetrahydral

In CH4 all pairs are bonded pairs so the repulsive between bonds in minimam at angle 109.5 dgree

In NH3 the 4 pairs are 3 bonded pairs and one lone pair , the lone pair has great repulsive force so the angle between bond decreases to 107dgree

In H2O , the 4 pairs are 2 bonded pairs and 2 lone pairs , so the repulsive force between electrons is greater , so the angle between bond decreases to 104.5 dgree
