the monkey B is holding the tail of monkey A which is climbing up a rope .The masses of monkeys A and B are 5kg and 2kg respectively. If A can tolerate a tension of 30N in its tail, what force shoul it aplly on rope in order to carry monkey B with it?(take g=10m/s^2)

A can tolerate a tension of 30N. Thus tension, T = 30 N   Let acceleration of the monkeys = a   T - Mb×g = Mb × a   Or 30 - 2×10 = 2a   Or 2a = 10   Or a = 5 m/s^2   Let A applies force F   F - (Ma + Mb)g = (Ma + Mb)a   Or F - 7×10 = 7×5   Or F - 70 = 35   Or F = 35+70 = 105 N   A applies 105N force on the rope
